CHATTING CHATTING CHATTING...
You can chat with anyone in the lobby in the public chat window. The players already in the lobby are your best source of information if you have any questions about the game. You may also try to arrange games by asking people to join your table. Also, you can find out more information about a player by clicking his/her name in the chat window.

SELECTING USERS TO BEFRIEND
In the game lobby you will find the Account Summary Window. The toolbar includes (A) My Friends and (B) Available Users. You can click on any user name in the Available Users list and in the chat window. By selecting a player, you will open their profile window shown below.

MAKING USERS YOUR FRIENDS
The user profile window allows you to add a user as your friend and more. You can view that player's details by clicking the "More info" button. Click the "friend" button to add that user to your friends list. If a particular user is bugging you you can block them from chatting with you by clicking the "Silenced" button. You can also block a user from having any interactions with you whatsoever by clicking the "forbidden" button. Plus, you can open a private chat with online users by clicking the "New Private Chat" button at the bottom. This button is only available if the user is currently online and open for chat. The next section shows the private chat features.

PRIVATE CHAT WITH USERS
Public chat is open for all to see but private chat is exactly that - private. It is only viewable by the users in the conversation. If you invite or are invited to a private chat, you'll see an additional tab appear at the bottom of the chat window. You can switch between these chat windows by clicking on the tabs. If someone adds a message to a private chat, you'll see that tab flashing. So you don't need to keep switching between tabs in order to see if there is a new post. To close a private chat, click the close button shown on the right.

VIEWING MUTED USERS
The making users your firends section above shows you how you can mute users by clicking the "Silenced" button. To view all players currently muted select the mute tab in the Account Summary window - shown on the right. Muted users are shown in red. You can un-mute a user by clicking on his/her name and deselecting the Silenced button in the user profile window.

TURNING OFF PRIVATE CHAT ALTOGETHER
If you are getting a lot of chat requests and it's bugging you, you can turn off private chat on the settings tab by selecting "Not Accessible".
