Moderators are players that ConQUIZtador has requested to serve in this capacity. They are highlighted in green on the site. This is a voluntary, unpaid position. They do this in their spare time, spending only as much time moderating as they can, given their studies, work, families, hobbies and other obligations. They do this to help a player if s/he has a problem, and to ensure that discussions stay on topic, and that forums and chats remain civilized. Moderators are not system administrators (operators), and have no access to individual games or the question database.

Requirements:

• Have been using the chat for at least 4 weeks/or have an excellent reputation with the users
• Be at least 18 years of age, due to legal issues.
• Play at least 100 games.
• Be familiar with site content.
• Have English skills on a good level at least.
• Be present in the game/chat for a reasonable period of time, as much as possible
• Play at least 5 games during the time moderating the game and chat.
• Understand and practice the chat rules.
• Understand and practice the moderator rules.

If they feel it necessary, the moderators have the right to take various steps including banning a player, without providing any reason to the player – however if needed, they will be asked by the operators of the site to report any misbehaves which have occurred on the site and resulted in the ban of a player. These include bans from chats and forums, and reporting to support on a specific misbehaved player.
